Delay of the HIL experimental campaign

We regret to inform you that the experimental campaign planned for this year in Autumn at HIL has to be delayed at least till the beginning of November 2022.

This is caused by the unexpected decision of the Polish Ministry of Education and Science to not support financially the operation of our cyclotron in 2022 (we would like to inform that financial cuts affect also other big research infrastructures in Poland).

We appealed to change this decision and currently we are waiting for the response from the Ministry.

We will keep you inform about any news regarding the HIL beam-time schedule. The next announcement will be made by the middle of October.
